How to interview a client:
You can't spend enough time preparing for trial.
Be careful in representing yourself. Remember, a man who represents himself has a fool for a client.
If you do represent yourself and have weak facts, make sure you carefully develop a sentencing strategy.
Make sure to speak clearly so the judge and jury will understand you.

Make sure to keep your focus. Don't let your mind wander.
Don't underestimate your opponent. Looks can be deceiving.
Be careful-you may not know your judge as well as you think.
